Hi, how are you?

Adrian Cahill here! I’m originally from a little place near Sydney, Australia. I have traveled over 70 countries and resided a few years in Shanghai to watch the transformation of one of the worlds biggest cities (26 million+).

What I see in Shanghai is common across Australia too and it scares me. Despite our prosperous background, we are faced with an epidemic of stress-related issues. Depression, suicide, PTSD, anxiety, burnout, fatigue, ADHD, etc etc. I also feel this contributes a lot to the unbelievable statistics around marriage breakdowns and bankurpucies.

People perhaps in situations like yours or your neighbours are often burning out, stressing out, breaking up or simply unhappy with their day to day reality. This is typically masked with a variety of legal/illegal medication, various addictions, and spending hours in front screens.

What’s actually happening to your body: You may have already heard, it’s becoming far widely known now that stress activates the ‘Fight or Flight’ response or the Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS). In this response, your immune system is switched off and energy is directed to your hands and feet so you can run and fight. (Notice the way you may shake or get fidgety when nervous or before some public speaking).

The way to counteract this is NOT THROUGH MEDICATION or BOOZE. They simply mask or distract. So does TV, computer games, constant playing of anything on a mobile.

The way to counteract is through activating the Para-Sympathetic Nervous System (PNS), this is the opposite of the SNS. If your a wizard or a Buddha, this is easily done… Most of aren’t. Note, Some athlets and Australian Commado’s (& SASR) are excellent at switching between SNS and PNS.

This is why things like Yoga & Meditation are so so popular today. They work too but most people fail. It can be very challenging if your alone to meditate regularly or deeply. Classes are hard to attend. They often involve more stress trying to get to it. So I proposed to my Tao & Zen based Coach Dr Khatri to see some of my friends and clients virtually. It worked amazingly well for my friends in cities like Shanghai, New York, London. Dr Khatri spends a lot of time in India and Pakistan so he can serve us virtually at the lowest of fees and he is a real qualified GP. It’s just, he prefers helping people move towards Satori or enlightening them, than deadening them with diagnoses.

There are, in my opinion and experience some great solutions available for you which really can change your life. I’ve experienced great free meditation with www.noproblems.org.au & Sahaja Yoga Meditation. I’ve paid and been at the front row for Tony Robbins and various NLP, Coaching Programs and they were good too. Some weren’t. Some were simply well intentioned but inexperienced teachers.
